Tianrui Group Cement Co., Ltd. is one of the twelve national cement enterprises supported by the Chinese government, and is one of the five leading cement enterprises designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China for merger and joint reorganization in the central region.The parent and subsidiary companies of Tianrui Group share the ISO quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, and product quality certification. Tianrui Cement is also one of the first two cement enterprises in China to be admitted as members of the World Cement Sustainability Initiative (CSI).

On 23 December 2011, Tianrui Cement (01252.HK) was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock By the end of 2020, it had 22 clinker production lines and 59 cement grinding machines, with a total annual production capacity of 35.19 tons of clinker and 57.8 tons of cement respectively. Tianrui is the leading clinker producer in Henan and Liaoning Provinces, the ninth largest clinker production capacity in China. The new dry-process cement clinker production line with a daily capacity of 12,000 tons in Zhengzhou Xingyang was put into operation in 2009, with a large single-line capacity and advanced technology and equipment.

In recent years, Tianrui Cement has accelerated the transformation and upgrading from "traditional manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing" and "green manufacturing", and realized the transformation from "digital cement" to "intelligent factory" and "green factory".
